Payment and Cancellation Policy:

1. Full payment is due upon booking a service. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment is received.

2. If you arrive 15 minutes late or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

3. Full refunds will be given for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a refund will be provided minus a 25% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative costs and ensures fairness to both our clients and our practitioners.

5. To request a cancellation and initiate a refund, please contact us directly via email or phone. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will not be given after the service is performed, for any reason.
